How we help
McConoughey Consulting was founded with one goal in mind, to help small businesses and non-profit organizations achieve more with limited resources.
We pride ourselves on the ability to provide strategic planning, operational improvements, and the development and implementation of new technologies such as website development, website management, e-commerce, and social media management.
Most importantly, we believe in a true consultative approach which includes not only helping to implement technologies but also educating our clients every step of the way so they can gain the knowledge necessary to become self-sufficient.
Our experience has shown us that time, resources, and education are hurdles with small businesses and non-profit organizations, and we are here to help!
What we do
First, we work with your organizations to understand its needs (analyze). Using this information, we then we then develop a plan to meet theses needs (strategize).
Next, the plan is put to action as tools and process are developed and implemented within your organization. (implement). Most importantly, we then teach your staff to ensure they can utilize these new tools and processes to improve efficiency for the client after we are done.
Our goal is to not be a long-term member of your organization, but to have a significant impact in the short-term, that your organization can utilize in the long-term.

We strongly believe that small organizations should have the same tools to succeed as larger businesses, which is the reason McConoughey Consulting was founded.
